Refund Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.


Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your package was confirmed "Delivered" by the courier, regardless of whether you were personally in receipt of the package that day, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

We accept returns on products that are faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item, damaged item or low-quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Please be informed that you have to pay for the return shipping fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days in their original condition to receive a refund. If cookbooks are returned unsealed, only a store credit will be granted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow several days from your approval to see the refund reflected in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2 - 5 business days) before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Cancel order

You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please contact us within 2 hours after placing your order. Please note that items ordered with "Express" shipping will require you to contact us within 30 min of placing the order as we try to ship these as soon as possible.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
